How Chiropractic Care Helped Restore Sleep, Mobility, and Hope

After years of relying on conventional medicine with little success, this patient knew something had to change. His sleep was getting worse, and his body felt stiffer and tighter than ever. He was frustrated and searching for answers. The treatments weren’t working—and more importantly, they weren’t helping his body heal.

That’s when he started to explore holistic options and started supporting his body at the root level. And now?

After working with The Wellness Way and following our full-body approach, he’s sleeping better, feeling less stiff, and noticing real improvements in his flexibility. We helped him learn how to support his body with the right nutrition, supplements, and chiropractic care. His spine is moving in the right direction—just like his overall health.

He’s still on his journey, but the progress is clear. He’s no longer just surviving—he’s healing. That’s the power of listening to the body and choosing true wellness.

Meet Your Chiropractic Team

  • Dr. Shannon Bundy’s passion for health and movement started early—as a second-degree black belt and national kickboxing champion by the age of 16, she was the only girl on her soccer team and a multi-sport MVP. After college and the birth of five children, her personal health journey shifted dramatically. Navigating the physical and emotional challenges that followed helped her realize just how much everyday health decisions—especially related to trauma, toxins, and thoughts—impact quality of life.

Today, Dr. Bundy specializes in health restoration and takes a different approach to solving complex health challenges that others often overlook. She uses high-quality diagnostic testing, custom lab work, and hands-on care to support each patient’s unique needs. Her areas of focus include autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, infertility, digestive issues, and more.

Dr. Bundy earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in 2017, holds an Associate's in Biology and a Bachelor's in Human Biology, and has completed additional certifications through The Wellness Way and other chiropractic specialties. She believes that true healing begins from within—and that full-body care is the foundation of lifelong wellness.

  • Born and raised in Colorado, Dr. Samantha Leger is passionate about serving her local community through chiropractic care. She is committed to empowering patients to take an active role in their health, guided by the science, art, and philosophy of chiropractic.

Dr. Leger holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Exercise Science from Regis University, and earned both her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s in Neuroscience from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. She has also completed advanced training in soft tissue therapy and is certified in dry needling.

Driven by her own health experience—after being diagnosed with Graves’ disease—Dr. Leger brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her care. She focuses on uncovering the root cause of her patients’ health concerns and has experience helping people with everything from acute injuries and chronic conditions to preventative wellness care. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her traveling, spending time with family, or on the basketball court.

He played college football at CSU–Pueblo, where his passion for injury prevention, recovery, and optimizing performance began. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS), graduating in April 2025.

With over four years of experience as a CrossFit coach, Dr. Palou has worked closely with athletes and active individuals of all levels, helping them move better, build resilience, and stay pain-free. His background allows him to blend chiropractic care with functional movement and lifestyle-based wellness.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Palou has a deep love for music and enjoys playing the drums, which reflects his appreciation for rhythm, coordination, and creative expression — values he also brings into his patient care.
